"So my in-store order for my sena was done under someone else’s email. When I got called that it was ready for pick up they thought it was fraud? At first they weren’t going to give it to me even though I had the receipt,same card that was charged, transaction under my Wells Fargo account. Just because the order was done under someone else’s account but the account didn’t get charged my card did. Had to make a phone call to their bosses. After they decided to give and install my Senas. I was a happy camper after and even though there was a mix up with everything. If they weren’t going to give me them, I would have wanted my money back."
